I'm the only one in my family who makes tea religiously, but because of this: I just end up filling a mug and putting it in the microwave. I've tried to get my friends to try different kinds, and even fresher special-bought tea, but they've all had the bad experience of earl-gray with out sweeteners and have been feed iced tea due to the Texas heat.
Personally; I prefer it hot.
